Cancellation & refund policy

Applies to the TalentUp Premium web pass (₹400 for 30 days), sold by SATSUN, Chennai.

Cancellation

The web pass is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal, so there is no subscription to cancel. Your Premium simply ends 30 days after purchase unless you buy another pass.

Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable once Premium features have been used.
• If you were charged twice, or Premium did not activate after a successful payment, email us within 7 days of the payment. We will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Please include the email or phone number of your TalentUp account and the Razorpay payment ID (from the payment receipt) so we can find your payment quickly.

Google Play subscriptions

Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed by Google Play and are cancelled or refunded under Google Play's policies, from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
